Terms and Conditions Aburogel — Your Rights and Responsibilities as a User

2 Account Eligibility

• You must at least 18 years of age to register and use the aburogel platform. We strictly comply with our minor protection policy.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in the jurisdiction where you reside.
• Users from jurisdictions that prohibit online gaming are explicitly not permitted to register or use this platform.
• Each individual is only permitted to one account only. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information is a violation of these terms.
• Account non-transferable or shared with any other individual. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account.

3 Registration & KYC Verification

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration, including full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid phone number.
• KYC verification may be required at any time, particularly before your first withdrawal or when transaction volumes reach a certain threshold.
• Documents that may be requested include copy of identification card, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used.
• Failure or refusal to complete the KYC process may result in suspension of the withdrawal function until verification is complete.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

• All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees are charged to Malaysia users.
• Deposits are typically credited instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method selected.
• Withdrawal requests are processed according to VIP tier priority — standard members within the standard timeframe, Gold members and above within a shorter processing time.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that same as the deposit method or verified by the aburogel team.
• Aburogel reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large or unusual withdrawal amounts.
• Deposited funds must originate from legitimate source and not the proceeds of any illegal activity. Money laundering is a serious offence that will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• All bonuses are subject to rollover requirement (wagering requirement) stated in the relevant promotional terms before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash. They must be used to eligible game wagering beforehand.
• Each user is only eligible to receive welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
• Bonuses have expiry period that differ. Unused bonuses within the specified period will be automatically cancelled.
• Aburogel reserves the right cancel the bonus and related winnings if there is evidence of system abuse, hedging, or manipulation.
• VIP cashback is calculated based on net losses within the specified timeframe and credited automatically according to the VIP program schedule.

6 Game Rules

• All games at aburogel use Random Number Generator (RNG) independently verified to ensure the fairness and transparency of every game outcome.
• Game results displayed on your screen are final. In the event of a discrepancy between the display and the server, the server record will prevail.
• Internet connection interruptions during gameplay are the user's responsibility. Aburogel is not liable for losses resulting from technical disruptions on the user's end.
• Usage bots, automated software, or any assistive tools that provide an unfair advantage in games are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• Wins resulting from technical errors or system bugs considered void and subject to cancellation by aburogel.

7 Security & Privacy

• The aburogel platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers.
• You are fully responsible for keeping your password confidential your account and ensure that no other party has access to it.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact customer support aburogel immediately for prompt action.
• Your personal information is processed in accordance with Privacy Policy aburogel and forms part of this agreement.

8 User Conduct

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live games.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing customer support staff or other users.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

• Aburogel reserves the right suspend or close the account any user suspected or proven to have violated any term in this document.
• In the event of account closure due to fraud, aburogel reserves the right to forfeit the account balance related to such fraudulent activity.
• Users may close your own account at any time by contacting customer support. Valid balances will be returned after verification.
• Members who use the self-exclusion in the responsible gaming program may not create a new account during an active exclusion period.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Aburogel is not liable for losses arising from game outcomes — all games involve risk and you participate voluntarily.
• The platform is provided "as is" — aburogel does not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or errors at all times.
• Under any circumstances, the total maximum liability aburogel to users is limited to the net deposit amount made within the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.
